Abstract

Kebugaran fisik merupakan indikator penting untuk menentukan kesehatan fisik dan kemampuan individu dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari secara optimal. Pola makan seimbang dan asupan energi yang cukup berperan penting dalam menjaga kebugaran fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola makan dan tingkat kebugaran fisik siswa SMA Negeri 8 Mandai Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional yang melibatkan 80 siswa yang dipilih melalui cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pengingat diet 2×24 jam, kuesioner frekuensi makanan (FFQ), dan Multi-Stage Fitness Test (MFT) untuk mengukur tingkat kebugaran fisik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi peringkat Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecukupan energi dan kebugaran fisik (p=0,000; r=0,407), sedangkan frekuensi makan (p=0,845; r=0,022) dan variasi makanan (p=0,863; r=0,020) tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan: Tingkat kecukupan energi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kebugaran fisik siswa, sedangkan frekuensi makan dan variasi makanan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Intervensi gizi berbasis sekolah harus fokus pada peningkatan asupan energi yang seimbang dan memberikan pendidikan gizi bagi remaja.
