Abstract

Penyakit ginjal kronis (PGK) stadium akhir memerlukan terapi hemodialisis secara rutin serta kepatuhan dalam pembatasan cairan untuk mencegah komplikasi seperti peningkatan interdialytic weight gain (IDWG), hipertensi, dan gangguan kardiovaskular. Namun, kepatuhan pasien masih menjadi tantangan dalam praktik klinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada pasien PGK. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 54 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis dengan uji Spearman Rank pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori lama menjalani hemodialisis kategori 1 (61,1%) dan memiliki tingkat kepatuhan pembatasan cairan tinggi (55,6%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan (p = 0,139; r = -0,204). Disimpulkan bahwa lama menjalani hemodialisis tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan. Faktor psikososial dan dukungan keluarga diduga memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi kepatuhan pasien.
